Trading Policies

Shipping your goods

Responsibility for goods despatched is passed direct to the customer as soon as your parcel leaves our premises. Helmet Camera Australia will not make any lost parcel claims on your behalf, any delivery discrepancies must be taken up directly with StarTrack Express. Upon request we supply you with a dispatch number so you can track your parcel. Tracking via the web site is not usually available till after 5.00pm of the day of dispatch. The Startrack Express courier driver will attempt to deliver direct to the name on the parcel. If the premises are unattended when delivery has been attempted, the driver will either take your parcel with him/her or if he can find an appropriate spot, he will leave the parcel at the address.

Australia
We charge a flat rate of $15.00 for Express Courier for all products/parcels weighing up to 5kg. Up to 2x kits can be freighted at a $15.00 charge.
* Parcel Post is also available. Up to 3 kgs - $9.00. Arrives 3 - 6 business days

International
We charge a flat rate of AU$50.00 for Express Courier for all products/parcels weighing up to 5kg to most locations in the world.

We will provide a high level of effort to dispatch your equipment on time. All orders are handled directly by us and not a third party. There are particular staff operating the stock rooms and they can be contacted any time during office hours for your convenience on 08 8234 5409. Responsibility for the goods passes to the buyer once the goods have been passed to the carrier. Insurance liability is therefore that of the buyer.


Payment Options

Cheque: Payable to Helmet Camera.com.au. If you have used our online order form, please send cheque with relevant details on the back to match order form details. Your order will proceed once the funds have been cleared

Credit Card: We accept all major credit cards. Please note we are up to date will all credit card fraud procedures. Amex Card Users will incur a 2.95% fee. We DO NOT accept credit card payments from over seas customers. International payments are only accepted via T/T payment or Paypal. Paypal payments are to be made to sales@eyespyshop.com.au

Direct Deposit: Direct deposit order can easily be arranged. They are convenient and and very simple to do. Direct deposits can be made either online or at a Westpac branch. Please confirm your order total and deposit the funds into the following account details.

All prices in this online catalogue are inclusive of GST. International customer are tax exept and 10% of the invoice value is removed

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations:

All products sold by *EyeSpyWorld Pty Ltd are approved for sale in Australia and are complete with International and Australian standards test reports held by us. We test all equipment before it leaves our store and supply application/instruction notes with the goods. Therefore we do not give refunds .Please choose your equipment carefully. Proof of purchase must be provided before returning goods for warranty. A $35.00 inc GST charge per item will charged for NO FAULT FOUND on warranty goods at our discretions. All returning units to us for any reason must be accompanied with an RA form.

*EyeSpyWorld Pty Ltd will honor our warranty for a 12 month period providing the primary requirement of general care has been maintained, do not return goods that have been neglected as warranty exchange will not take place. All transmitting devices, receiving devices, camera modules, give away's and software equipment do not offer a warranty. Most of our equipment have 6 months to 2 years depending on the product. *EyeSpyWorld Pty Ltd reserves the right to waive or amend specific warranty on individual products.

Neither Helmet Camera .com.au or EyeSpyWorld Pty Ltd accept any liability whatsoever for any injury, loss or damage sustained by the buyer however arising. The purchaser agrees to hold helmetcamera.com.au and/or EyeSpyWorld Pty Ltd harmless for all and any damages or injuries that may occur during the usage of any of our products.

Warranty

We offer a solid 12 month warranty with every product as a minimum time frame, from date of purchase. Some products have more than a twelve month warranties which are offered by the manufacturer. Please refer to the products manufacturers web site for warranty claims where the product is older than 12 months. Depending on the problem with the product we may fix or replace immediately for you and send it back to you to a delivery address you give. In cases of where the product needs to be sent back to the factory and the fault is due to 'users mishandling' we forward the any freight costs and any repair costs to the customer, regardless of warranty status. If your product is under warranty and needs to be sent back to the factory we will pay all costs inv loved and return the product to you as soon as we can. Please be aware there can be up to a several weeks wait in some cases for warranties claims, sent back to the factory, to be honored. All products sent to us must accompany an RA Form
